Moksha Inspired Class Schedule & Fees
Tuesday’s 60 min, 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
June 30 – August 4 (6 week sessions)
$65 +HST for 6 weeks, or $13 +HST drop in
Moksha Inspired Flow (60 min) - The regular Moksha series condensed into one hour. Heat is created to warm the body using movement and breath and the poses flow together with fewer pauses than the 90 minute class, creating a fun and quick class. Both standing and seated poses are practiced, giving a balanced cardiovascular practice. Perfect for those on the go!
Saturday’s 90 min, 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Beginning July 4 – August 8 (6 week sessions)
$75 +HST for 6 weeks, or $14 +HST drop in
Moksha Inspired Class (90 min) – the Moksha series of 40 poses practiced in a low heated room designed to promote openness through your hips and strength through the upper body while detoxifying your entire body. Both standing and seated poses are practiced, giving a balanced cardiovascular and rejuvenating practice. What a great way to start your Saturday!
*If you are interested in signing up for both 6 week sessions (2 classes/week) the fee is
$130 +HST.
*Bring your own yoga mat, a towel, bottle of water, and straps/block (if you use/need them)
*On sunny warm days practice may take place outside on the patio, so bring your sunscreen
